Eid Mubarak. This year's Eid arrives at a time when many people are reflecting more deeply than usual. Across homes, institutions, and businesses, there is a sharper awareness of what it means to lead with care, stay grounded in purpose, and remain present for others.
Across the UAE and the wider region, I have been struck by the calm, steadiness, and responsibility shown by so many leaders. In moments that ask more of people, character becomes visible. What stands out most is resilience, composure, and continuity.
Dubai and the UAE continue to reflect ambition, composure, and leadership. That same spirit is felt across the GCC: a confidence that is measured, responsible, and built on people who continue to do what matters with clarity and grace.
This is a moment to value people, purpose, and community. It is also a reminder that the strongest leadership is often expressed quietly through consistency, judgment, and care.
