Role Overview

Package: 19,000/month gross | Bonus: 2 months | Experience: 8–14 years | Benefits: medical, hospitalization, insurance, annual leave, learning budget, bonus, relocation support only if expat specialist. byteSpark.ai is a recruitment agency supporting a client in KL for a Leadership Development Program Manager. This pivotal role is responsible for architecting and executing our client's leadership development strategy within a large, dynamic enterprise environment. You will design, implement, and manage a portfolio of high-impact programs aimed at cultivating leadership capabilities at all levels. A key focus will be strengthening the succession pipeline for critical roles by identifying and nurturing high-potential talent. Collaborating closely with senior executives and HR business partners, you will ensure our leadership initiatives are seamlessly integrated with business objectives. Your mandate includes coordinating executive development, integrating robust assessment tools, and meticulously tracking program outcomes to demonstrate tangible business impact and ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 4 years focused on leadership development program management.
  • Proven track record of designing, delivering, and evaluating end-to-end leadership programs in a large corporate setting.
  • Strong experience in instructional design, curriculum development, and blended learning methodologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, and build collaborative relationships.
  • Experience linking leadership development initiatives directly to succession planning and talent management strategies.
  • Proficiency in using L&D analytics to measure program effectiveness and demonstrate business impact (e.g., Kirkpatrick model).
  • Hands-on experience with leadership assessment tools such as 360-degree feedback, psychometric assessments (e.g., Hogan, MBTI), and development centres.
  • Excellent project management and budget management skills.

Desirable

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or a related field.
  • Professional coaching certification (e.g., ICF).
  • Experience working within the technology, financial services, or telecommunications sectors.
  • Familiarity with modern Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP).
  • Experience in change management and organisational development projects.
