Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Senior Brand Manager to spearhead our client's Frozen foods portfolio, based in Jeddah. This pivotal role requires a Saudi National to own the brand vision, equity strategy, and full P&L performance across the GCC. You will drive consumer growth and innovation by translating deep consumer insights into breakthrough brand plans and compelling integrated marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with a sharp commercial mindset, responsible for leading the end-to-end innovation cycle and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution. You will build and scale powerhouse brands, managing everything from brand health and positioning to pricing and revenue growth management. Requirements
- Must be a Saudi National
- 8+ years of progressive brand management experience in the FMCG/CPG sector
- Proven experience managing a full brand P&L, responsible for delivering revenue and profit growth
- Demonstrated success in leading the end-to-end innovation cycle and launching New Product Developments (NPDs)
- Expertise in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, ATL, and BTL channels
- Strong command of consumer insight generation, brand health tracking, and market data analysis (e.g., Nielsen, household panel)
- Experience in applying Revenue Growth Management (RGM) levers, including pricing and portfolio mix strategy
- Proficient in managing creative, media, and digital agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns
Desirable
- Specific experience in the Frozen food category
- Fluency in both Arabic and English
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience managing and developing direct reports or a brand team
- Strong cross-functional leadership experience collaborating with Sales, R&D, and Supply Chain
