If you currently work in capital raising, private banking, fund distribution or investor relations, this role is for you. byteSpark.ai is recruiting a Senior Associate – Capital Raising & Investor Relations for a UAE-headquartered global alternative investment firm with billions of dollars in assets under management, an active deal track record across real estate, private equity and other alternative asset classes, and a growing footprint across Saudi Arabia, the wider GCC, Europe and the US. In this role, you’ll lead capital-raising efforts with HNWIs, family offices and institutions, manage investor relationships end-to-end, and work closely with senior investment, legal and compliance teams on cross-border transactions and new allocations.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of direct experience in investment placement, capital raising, or institutional sales.
  • Proven track record in alternative investments, such as private equity or real estate.
  • Expertise in managing the end-to-end investor onboarding process, including comprehensive KYC fulfilment.
  • Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver detailed MIS and investment performance reports for clients.
  • Strong experience in structuring investment placements and developing marketing collateral.
  • In-depth understanding of regulated financial environments, particularly in the Middle East.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.

Desirable

  • An advanced degree (e.g., MBA, CFA, or CAIA).
  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Experience with Shariah-compliant investment products and structures.
  • Established network of institutional and private investors in the KSA region.
  • Experience working with international compliance frameworks (e.g., FATCA, CRS).
