Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Vice President to lead our client's Retail Media division across the APAC and Middle East regions from our Dubai headquarters. This executive role is responsible for architecting the strategic vision, growth, and execution of our entire retail media business, a critical driver of our company's future growth. You will lead a large, cross-functional team across 15 markets, overseeing product innovation, commercialization, sales, and analytics. Your mission is to build a world-class, full-funnel media offering that integrates onsite, offsite, and in-store channels. Success in this high-impact position involves driving significant revenue growth, delivering exceptional ROI for advertisers by leveraging our rich first-party data, and transforming the customer journey at the intersection of commerce and media.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in media, advertising, or retail.
  • Demonstrable track record of building, scaling, and managing a successful retail media network.
  • Deep expertise in the adtech ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, and data management platforms.
  • Proven experience in leveraging first-party data, identity resolution, and closed-loop attribution models to drive performance.
  • Extensive experience managing a P&L of significant scale (approaching or exceeding USD 100M).
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, cross-functional teams (50+ FTEs).
  • Expertise in developing and executing full-funnel and omnichannel media strategies.
  • Proven success in enterprise sales leadership, consultative selling, and strategic partnership development with brands, agencies, and vendors.

Desirable

  • Experience operating within the MEA and/or APAC markets.
  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Established presence as an industry thought leader, with experience in public speaking or publications.
  • Strong executive presence with a history of influencing C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience in fast-paced, agile environments requiring robust change management skills.
