Role Overview

Location: Dubai, UAE Reports to: COO, Frozen Solutions Compensation: Base salary (mid-to-high 40s AED per month) + 25% annual performance bonus Benefits: Annual ticket allowance (self), medical insurance for family, life insurance (self), 24 business days annual leave. No schooling provided. We are seeking a commercially astute Senior Manager to lead and grow our Global Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) business. Based in Dubai and reporting to the COO, you will own and expand strategic relationships with international and regional QSR partners. This pivotal role involves driving the growth strategy for our ~$20M business, shaping and negotiating joint business plans, and achieving key P&L targets. You will leverage your extensive network to identify and onboard new accounts across the GCC and beyond. The ideal candidate will champion innovation, collaborating with R&D and Supply Chain to launch new products aligned with QSR trends. This position requires an entrepreneurial leader with proven QSR experience, exceptional negotiation skills, and the gravitas to influence senior decision-makers in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive commercial experience, ideally in FMCG or Consumer Packaged Goods.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) accounts.
  • Strong P&L management experience with demonstrated ability to deliver double-digit growth.
  • Experience in developing and executing commercial strategies and joint business plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify, onboard, and grow new QSR accounts.
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in contract management and renewals.
  • English fluency is required.

Desirable

  • Experience with protein products within the food industry.
  • A well-established network of senior QSR contacts in the GCC and/or international markets.
  • Fluency in Arabic.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain) to drive product innovation.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on execution capability.
