Role Overview

A client of byteSpark.ai is seeking an experienced HR Resolutions Manager to lead our employee relations function across the GCC from our Dubai hub. In this pivotal role, you will manage a spectrum of complex and sensitive people matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations. You will serve as a key advisor to business leaders and HR Business Partners, guiding them to achieve early, fair, and practical resolutions. Your primary objective will be to embed best practices in employee relations, ensuring all actions align with local laws, internal governance, and our corporate values. This position requires you to build manager capability, reducing the need for formal escalations by fostering stronger people management skills. You will partner closely with legal and other stakeholders to balance compliance, commercial needs, and employee experience. The ideal candidate is a credible and composed leader with deep expertise in multi-country employee relations, strong judgment, and a proven ability to bring structure and consistency to a complex, fast-paced environment. Requirements

  • Proven experience leading an Employee Relations or HR Resolutions function.
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex employee relations cases such as grievances, disciplinary matters, performance concerns, and investigations.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices across multiple GCC countries (e.g., UAE, KSA, Qatar).
  • Experience managing teams of HR professionals or senior case specialists.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with a history of partnering with HRBPs, legal teams, and senior business leaders.
  • Expertise in policy interpretation and application in complex, ambiguous situations.
  • Experience operating effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, multi-country corporate environment.
  • Proven ability to design and implement strategies for early dispute resolution and de-escalation.

Desirable

  • Experience working within a large-scale global conglomerate.
  • Formal training or certification in workplace investigations or mediation.
  • Experience in developing and delivering training programs for managers on employee relations topics.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to identify trends and inform ER strategy.
  • High level of commercial acumen and the ability to balance risk with business objectives.
