Requirements
- Proven experience in developing and implementing company-wide talent acquisition strategies.
- Demonstrated success in leading, managing, and scaling a team of recruiters and talent professionals.
- Expertise in using recruitment analytics and KPIs (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source-of-hire) to drive decisions.
- Deep knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies, including implementation and optimization.
- Hands-on experience managing the full lifecycle of executive (VP, C-level) or highly specialized role searches.
- Experience in creating and executing employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.
- Strong understanding of workforce planning and talent mapping.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Desirable
- Experience within a high-growth technology or startup environment.
- Proven ability to build and manage a recruitment budget.
- Familiarity with global recruitment and hiring in different markets.
- Experience developing and running diversity and inclusion hiring programs.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIR, CDR, SHRM-CP).
