Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to join our team in the UAE and spearhead key operational initiatives. In this critical role, you will lead the end-to-end execution of programs vital to our expansion, including aircraft logistics, new site establishment, major event coordination, and strategic vendor management. You will be responsible for driving program success by ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration between technical, operational, and commercial teams. This position requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of navigating complex challenges in the burgeoning aerospace industry. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive program management expertise to build and implement the operational backbone for our services in the region. Based in the UAE, you will be instrumental in shaping our presence and operational excellence across Abu Dhabi and Dubai. Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Proven experience in the aerospace, infrastructure, or logistics sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex operational programs, including logistics, site setup, and vendor relations.
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills with a history of working with engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
- Currently based in the UAE and able to travel frequently between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Full professional fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar.
Desirable
- Professional working proficiency or fluency in Arabic.
- A technical degree or background in engineering, aviation, or a related technical field.
- Experience with mobility or advanced aviation programs (e.g., UAM, eVTOL).
- Direct experience with new facility or operational site establishment.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
