Role Overview
Lucidya, the MENA region's leading customer experience intelligence platform, is seeking a Saudi-based AI Agent Architect to spearhead the design of our next-generation agentic AI services. In this pivotal role, you will own the end-to-end architecture of autonomous AI systems that can reason, plan, and act to deliver significant business value. You will define how agents interact with tools, collaborate in multi-agent systems, and manage memory safely at scale. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform the latest advancements in LLMs and agent frameworks into robust, production-ready systems integrated into the Lucidya platform. We are looking for a visionary leader with a deep understanding of AI to architect intelligent, goal-driven behaviors that enhance our products. Your expertise will be crucial in aligning AI solutions with business needs and mentoring engineers to build the future of customer experience intelligence.
Requirements
- BA/BS or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with a proven track record in AI system architecture.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying LLM-driven or multi-agent AI systems.
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Expertise in LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Semantic Kernel.
- Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate).
- Solid grounding in software architecture principles, distributed systems, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
Desirable
- Experience with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Strong background in natural language processing (NLP) and modern NLP libraries.
- Experience designing AI governance, safety guardrails, and observability standards.
- Proven ability to mentor engineers on AI architecture and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
