Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Digital Solution Architect to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi and drive innovation within the real estate industry. In this role, you will be pivotal in leading the end-to-end design and implementation of highly scalable and secure cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure. You will architect and build robust systems utilizing a modern tech stack, including Node.js, React, and Nest.js. This position requires taking full ownership of our Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient delivery. You will be responsible for overall system reliability, implementing effective caching strategies, and ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend services. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive experience to guide technical decisions, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to our large-scale digital transformation initiatives. Your expertise will directly shape the future of our digital real estate platforms.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in software development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience designing and implementing complex solutions using Microsoft Azure services.
- Expert-level proficiency in backend development with Node.js and the Nest.js framework.
- Strong frontend development skills using React and Next.js.
- Proven experience with relational databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies, particularly Docker.
- Demonstrated ability in owning, building, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Solid understanding of system design principles for scalability, reliability, and security.
Desirable
- Experience working within the real estate technology (PropTech) sector.
- Proven track record contributing to large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Microsoft Azure certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading or mentoring development teams.
