Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in software development, business analysis, or a related technology role.
  • Proven experience leading the implementation of CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and property management systems.
  • Hands-on exposure to managing mobile and web application development projects.
  • Strong technical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
  • Experience with the deployment and management of Enterprise Document Management (EDM) systems.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process analysis, design, and implementing automation workflows.
  • Ability to lead complex, cross-functional digital projects across real estate, retail, and hospitality sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

Desirable

  • Direct experience with real estate platforms like Yardi, MRI, or Salesforce for Real Estate.
  • Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and technologies.
  • Experience integrating customer loyalty programs and platforms.
  • Familiarity with the real estate market in Sharjah or the wider UAE.
  • Professional certifications in Project Management (PMP, Agile) or Business Analysis.
