Role Overview

We are seeking a visionary Head of Product to spearhead the development of our converged iGaming and digital wallet ecosystem within the regulated UAE market. In this strategic role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, translating ambitious commercial goals into a tangible and scalable product roadmap. You will be the central point of leadership, aligning engineering, payments, legal, and compliance teams to deliver a world-class, seamless platform. Your mandate will be to drive innovation, ensuring an exceptional multi-channel player experience that sets new industry standards. This position requires a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape, a passion for user-centric design, and a proven ability to deliver complex platforms at scale. You will be instrumental in defining the future of digital entertainment and payments in the region, ensuring our products are not only compliant but also highly engaging and commercially successful.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of product leadership experience, with a focus on iGaming, digital wallets, or Fintech.
  • Demonstrable track record of launching and scaling B2C iGaming or payment platforms to a large user base.
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to the UAE, such as VARA and/or DIFC.
  • Expertise in translating business strategy and commercial targets into product roadmaps and detailed requirements.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams including Engineering, Compliance, and Payments.
  • Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including A/B testing, user analytics, and market analysis.
  • Advanced understanding of UX/UI principles and driving user experience excellence across web and mobile platforms.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies in a fast-paced environment.

Desirable

  • Experience launching products within the MENA region.
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and virtual asset services.
  • Advanced degree (MBA or Master's) in a relevant technical or business field.
  • Experience with API-driven product architectures and third-party integrations.
  • Strong network within the regional iGaming or Fintech communities.
