We are a high-growth HR technology SaaS company seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to relocate to Bangkok and lead our talented technical team. Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience building and deploying scalable web applications.
- Proven expertise in backend development using Python with frameworks like Django or FastAPI.
- Strong proficiency in modern frontend development using Vue.js or React.js.
- Hands-on experience with DevOps practices and tools, including AWS/GCP, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Demonstrable experience with Infrastructure as Code, specifically using Terraform.
- Previous experience in a leadership role, mentoring engineers and managing technical roadmaps.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.
- Willingness and ability to relocate to Bangkok, Thailand for a full-time, on-site role.
