Role Overview
We are seeking a visionary Vice President of Delivery to join our executive team and spearhead our most critical digital delivery programs for enterprise clients. In this role, you will hold ultimate accountability for the successful end-to-end delivery of complex, multi-stream digital transformation initiatives. You will act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, guiding them through strategic decisions and ensuring program objectives align with their business goals. This position requires you to lead and mentor large, cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be pivotal in managing program P&L, mitigating risks, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will leverage their deep consulting and industry expertise to drive innovation and tangible results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of professional experience in technology, consulting, or a related field.
- Proven track record leading large-scale, end-to-end digital transformation programs for enterprise clients.
- Extensive experience in a senior client-facing role within a top-tier consulting firm.
- Demonstrated ability to engage, influence, and act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders.
- Expertise in managing complex, multi-million dollar programs with multiple interdependent workstreams.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing large, globally distributed, cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, strategy).
- Expertise in program governance, risk management, financial management (P&L), and delivery methodologies (e.g., Agile, SAFe).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Desirable
- Significant professional experience working in Dubai or other GCC markets.
- MBA or other advanced graduate degree.
- Industry-recognized certifications such as PgMP, PMP, or SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
- Experience in specific industry verticals such as Financial Services, Public Sector, or Retail.
- A strong network of senior business and technology contacts within the GCC region.
